How does Luggy work?

Luggy offers a hassle-free luggage rental service. Simply choose your suitcase size, select your rental dates, and we’ll deliver it to your doorstep. Once you’re back from your trip, we’ll collect the suitcase, allowing you to enjoy your travels without the clutter at home.

What types of luggage can I rent from Luggy?

We offer 20” luggage also knowns as carry-on or cabin suitcase, and 28” luggage also known as
check-in luggage.

How far in advance do I need to book my luggage?

We recommend booking at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability and allow us ample time to
prepare your suitcase for a seamless experience.

Are the suitcases cleaned between rentals?

Absolutely. All Luggy suitcases undergo a rigorous cleaning and sanitization process between rentals to ensure they meet our high hygiene standards. Your health and safety are our top priorities.

What happens if the luggage gets damaged during my rental?

Normal wear and tear is expected and won’t incur any charges. However, significant damage or loss
will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please read our damages policy.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, you can extend your rental period. Please contact us as soon as possible to check availability
and arrange for an extension if possible. Modifications can be made up to 5 days prior the start of your booking. More information on modifications is also available on our cancellation policy.

Is there a deposit required for luggage rental?

A refundable £50 security deposit is required for all rentals to cover potential damages or loss. The deposit will be released back to you upon the safe return of the suitcase.

How are the rental fees calculated?

Rental fees are based on the size of the suitcase and the length of the rental period, with daily, weekly, and monthly rates available. Click here to view our pricing and make a booking

Currently, Luggy operates within the London area. We’re expanding rapidly, so stay tuned for updates on additional locations!

How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before your scheduled delivery date for a full refund. For
cancellations made later,  a cancellation fee may apply. Please see our cancellation policy for further details.
